Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and secure it to the original packaging or a similar protective mailer.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; make sure to obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
